For the little ones in the family that can't make it till midnight, we will have the Law Office of J.J. Talbott and Associates Little Pelican Party! The Little Pelican Party is the prelude to Pensacola’s New Year’s Eve Celebration for the entire family that begins at 3:00pm and culminates with the lighting of the Pelican at 8:00pm.
