Join us the night before as we kick off Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort & The Village of Baytowne Wharf "Evening of Sparkling Wine & Holiday Lights" weekend! This extraordinary evening features great champagnes paired with amazing dishes by our Executive Chef.
It starts with a dockside reception where you will enjoy passed hors d'ouevres: Pork Barbacoa Empanadas and Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna.
Once the cruise begins you will be treated to 2 other courses; Vichyssoise (traditional Potato and Leak Soup), Braised Short Rib/Chilean Sea Bass served with Cajun Corn Maque Choux, Baby Carrots, & Champagne Crème Sauce, finished with Chocolate Lava Cake with Cranberry Rose Compote.
Each course has been expertly paired with a sparkling wine or champagne. This event is exclusively 21+ and $95/guest to include the dinner cruise, four courses, wine pairings, and live entertainment.
