Event Details
This will be a harmonizing experience using both the Ancient Healing Arts of Kemetic Yoga and Himalayan Singing Bowls (SOUND) to stimulate the nervous system and promote wellness. Singing bowls play during Yoga class to help you sink into Savasana (laying on back) or bring your instructed pose to a deeper state.
