Welcome to the 10th Annual Tallahassee Fitness & Food Festival, “the kick-start event to a better you” event that introduces health, fitness and beauty options through products, services and education for all ages at any stage in their health journey.
Event Details
Over 50 local and national vendors will conduct exercise classes on the FIT FLOOR. Receive FREE health screenings, health and fitness information and product samples. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from our REAL TALK EXPERTS on various health and wellness subjects and the COOKING STAGE will showcase healthy recipes from local restaurants, grocery stores and caterers. Fitness can also be fashionable and attendees will see the latest in active wear during the FASHION SHOW. Plus, attendees will be entered to win valuable DOOR PRIZES awarded every 30 minutes. The KIDZ KORNER will have activities, entertainment and childcare for children under the age of 10.
