If you're looking to ring in the New Year in style with some good food and great drinks, we got you covered. On December 31, 2018 we have a couple different things going on....
Event Details
1) New Years Eve Drink Around The World Crawl-- Seven drinks inspired by countries all over the world spanning six continents. If you can't travel the globe on NYE, this is the next best thing. Crawl kicks off at 9pm.
2) New Years Eve dinner at Centrale. Whether you're looking for dinner before the crawl or just looking for a good meal to being in 2019, Centrale has you covered. Their Prix Fixe Three-Course Menu is designed for two people. Once your ticket is purchased, we will contact you for your selections.
Menu includes:
- Welcome Appertivo & Champagne Toast
- Starter (choose 1)
Meat and Cheese Board (for two)
Oysters Rockefeller
Centrale Caprese Salad
Risotto Balls
- Entrees (choose 2)
Butternut Squash Ravioli in a Cream of Acorn White Truffle Sauce
Bacon Wrapped Pork Chop Stuffed with Spinach, Artichoke, Gouda & Parm, served with Rosemary Parmesan Risotto & Sauteed Asparagus
Mozz-Stuffed Chicken Parm with Spaghetti
Fried Eggplant Tower with House Marinara, Arugula and Parmesan
Shrimp Geno with Penne Pasta in a Cream Pesto Sauce
