Ron Nieto was a beloved father, husband, friend, and athlete. A cancer diagnosis tried to slow him down but Ron had other ideas.
Event Details
His strength and determination helped him fight a courageous battle and he continued living his best life, making countless memories with those he loved before passing away. We are excited to honor his legacy with the Ron Nieto Memorial Workout benefiting the RonStrong Foundation.Hosted by Red Hills CrossFit, this event is open to the public and will be held June 15th 9a-1p. There is a $5 registration fee and proceeds go towards the RonStrong Foundation, which directly benefits the Tallahassee Memorial Cancer Center.
If you wish to make a larger donation to the Foundation, you may do so either by choosing a ticket with an additional donation, purchasing more tickets, or by sending cash/checks to Red Hills CrossFit (3185 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL 32308). Please make checks payable to the "RonStrong Foundation".
RONSTRONG WorkoutPerform w/ a Partner:5K Row10 Burpees over Rower5K Bike10 Box Jumps @ 24/205K Run10 Push-ups*Only 1 partner may work at a time. Partners must perform a minimum of 400m (.25 mi) before switching out. When switching out, they will perform 10 reps of the given movement before their partner may begin again.
**The entirety of the Row must be finished before starting the Bike, and likewise the entirety of the Bike must be finished before starting the Run.
