Description
The festival will showcase Asian and Asian Pacific cultures and heritage through cultural performances, demonstrations, hands-on activities, cuisine, music, dance and more. Admission is free for all guests.
Event Details
Organized by the Asian Coalition of Tallahassee (ACT), the festival features vendors for food, arts, crafts, jewelry, clothing and other items. Every year we have the privilege to host Matsuriza, the famous Japanese drummers who also perform at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Guests will enjoy additional performances from China, Japan, the Philippines, India, Taiwan, the Middle East, Indonesia, the Polynesian Islands and Hawaii. Our festival sports two stages simultaneously running with performances throughout the day and we estimate attendance of 18,000-25,000. Experience Asia is a family friendly event with something for everyone from kids to adults.
