Event Details
Volunteers are needed for the following days:
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 26th - Prep Turkeys for Cooking
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27th - Carve Cooked Turkeys
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 28th - Set-up, Meal Service, Clean-up

Thanksgiving meal will be offered and shared at the American Legion Post 13 on beautiful Lake Ella in Tallahassee.
Those in the Tallahassee community that may be alone, away from home, or would like to come together and share a wonderful Thanksgiving day are ALL welcome to attend.
Started in 1984 as a hot meal to those experiencing homelessness, limited resources and isolation, the Tallahassee Community Thanksgiving Celebration has provided much more than a meal to thousands of people that have been served by this event the past 35 years.
With the support of our generous sponsors, we are able to provide a free meal and musical entertainment so that everyone can have the chance to celebrate together as part of our community! Tallahassee has much to be thankful for and the heart of our community is felt most strongly when we come together to share as we give thanks.
