Student Housing Solutions found its roots here in the capital city serving the needs of Florida State University, Florida A&M University and Tallahassee Community College. Student Housing Solutions is made up of two primary operating entities: Student Housing Solutions, LLC is the development and acquisitions arm while SHS Management, LLC is responsible for the day-to-day operations, marketing, and management of the individual properties. Student Housing Solutions, LLC is actively pursuing development and acquisitions opportunities in student markets throughout the lower 48 states.
