The Pirates Bay Community consists of 120 privately owned condominiums and a marina with 121 individually assigned slips. The Community is comprised of 2 buildings; Building A, East containing Units A101 - A415 and Building B, West containing Units B101 - B415 each with 4 floors and an elevator. Amenities include 2 large free-form pools, and 2 barbecue & picnic areas, laundry facilities, ice machines, and beautifully landscaped common areas. 112 units are furnished studios with a kitchenette and full bath and 8 are furnished 1 bedrooms. Each unit has it's own character and amentities, but all have cable and wireless internet. Our marina is located on the Intercoastal Waterway providing access to a variety of water locations including Destin Harbor, Choctawhatchee Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico.
