Blue Surf Townhomes are a low-rise community set up in a horseshoe layout with all of the properties (26 units) overlooking the beautifully landscaped lawn, pool, and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is only a few short steps away from the back patio and offers plenty of seating for a lazy Florida day. And the beach is a mere 90 second stroll past that. This home features a great floor plan with the master bedroom and full bathroom upstairs alongside the living room with sleeper sofa, sectional, and coffee bar. After a restful night's sleep in the comfy queen bed, grab your coffee and enjoy the sights and sounds from the second story balcony.
