Student Housing Solutions is a collection of some of the most experienced development, financing, marketing, and management professionals in the student housing and traditional real estate industries. Student Housing Solutions found its roots here in the capital city serving the needs of Florida State University, Florida A&M University and Tallahassee Community College.

Student Housing Solutions is made up of two primary operating entities: Student Housing Solutions, LLC is the development and acquisitions arm while SHS Management, LLC is responsible for the day-to-day operations, marketing, and management of the individual properties.

Student Housing Solutions, LLC is actively pursuing development and acquisitions opportunities in student markets throughout the lower 48 states.
