Join over 50 exhibitors for information on products and services to kick-start your new healthy life-style. Participate in exercise classes on the Fit Floor and learn how to prepare healthier meals at the Cooking Stage. Family competitions will take place in the Kids Korner. Admission includes entry for door prizes that are given every 30 minutes. Ready? Set. Get Fit!
