The venue is capable of holding up to 350 seated guests, with plenty of room for parking. Southern Hybrid Homes and the Good Samaritan Institute ("GSI") announces the grand opening of the Point Washington Preserve ("PWP") event pavilion in Santa Rosa Beach. PWP, South Walton's newest event venue, can accommodate 350 people and is quietly nestled in 300 acres of state forest.
