In this hands-on class we will put a fresh spin on familiar recipes by adding in the element of: Espresso! Join us in SoGourmet’s beautiful, downtown teaching kitchen located on the corner of Palafox & Main Street.

To learn how to prepare a delectable caprese salad glazed with our special Espresso Balsamic, Dry-Rubbed Salmon Tacos with Tomatillo, and finally a traditional Espresso Chocolate mousse.
