It’s a Free Yoga series for 1st and 2nd graders! Hey parents, Yoga is a wonderful way to support children thru their emotional development and helps children to learn how to manage their emotions thru movement. Yoga helps to foster emotional stability and its practice and principles can help children; rest better at night, focus better in school, and nurture mindfulness from within.
This is a 3 class offering for ages 6-8 held at Woodland Heights Community Center and Cobb Community Center alternately and it’s Free join.
