The last year has been incredible. We opened the doors to our new forever home on South Monroe Street. Our new facility allowed us to ramp up production, create a 2020 release calendar, and were able to host countless events including weddings, graduation

We can't believe we've already been brewing and pouring beer at 1320 South Monroe for a year, but it's true. This calls for a celebration ?
Join us Saturday, February 8th for our Anniversary Party!
Purchase a passport to receive a commemorative, limited edition Anniversary Party taster glass and 3 fills of any beer you choose! Tickets are only $15, and available for pre-sale on our website**
We will have over 30 beers on tap, including new brews and a couple old favorites returning for the celebration. Look forward to a draft list coming out soon!
Vintage bottle release-- we're opening up the cellar and pulling out some crowd favorites! Look for the full list soon. Quantities will be limited and first come first serve at open.
We'll also have live music rocking throughout the night. Catch the sounds of Adam & the Testifiers from 2PM - 6PM and Trial By Stone from 7PM - 10 PM
Proper - The Brewpub at Proof will be open, serving up delicious, elevated pub food!
